PRICE POLICY

Every effort has been made to ensure details are accurate. Skican reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions. It has always been Skican’s policy to avoid increasing prices as every effort is made to anticipate costs at time of travel, however, in the event unanticipated increases such as fuel costs or taxes occur, the price of services is permitted to increase.

Revisions to occupancy, package components and scheduled departure dates: Subject to $100 administrative fee plus any cancellation/ change fees or surcharges imposed by the supplier. If original occupancy in accommodation is reduced, the remaining travelers may be subject to additional charges to cover the cost of the unit.

Luggage fees: Luggage fees are charged by all airlines flying to all destinations. These fees are subject to change and are paid directly to the airline at time of check-in.

Airline name changes: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all names on the invoice/itinerary are exactly the same as on each person's travel identification. Airline tickets will be issued with the names as they appear on the invoice/itinerary. Name changes are not permitted by airlines. Fees may apply for spelling changes. Skican must be notified of any name spelling changes. Failure to do so may result in airline surcharges.

Taxes: All taxes (HST, GST, PST and QST) are included in all packages.

IKON and EPIC passes: Full payment due at time of booking. Refer to provider’s Terms and Conditions.

No price increases for services are permitted after the customer has paid in full for said services. For Ontario residents, in accordance with applicable regulation, where there is an increase of more than seven per cent (7%) in the price of services after a deposit has been paid for said services, and such price increase does not result from an increase in government taxes or a fuel surcharge allowed by the Canadian Transportation Agency, the customer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund. You must notify Skican of your choice within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.
