Zepher Mountain Lodge
Ideal location at the base on the ski hill, some parts of Zephr Mountain are ski in/out, some are a very short walk to the lifts. The condominium property is located in the pedestrian village within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. There is ski storage on the lower level of the property and elevator access to all floors. Mountain side units have a view of the village area while Divide side units have a veiw of the Continental Divide.

Founders Pointe & Fraser Crossing
Fraser Crossing and Founder's Pointe are located beside each other in Winter Park's pedestrian village. Both properties are within short walking distance of the lifts, shops and restaurants.
