Congratulations on selecting Vail/Beaver Creek as your Skican vacation destination! Although Vail/Beaver Creek is best known for its terrific skiing/riding, the area offers plenty of additional activities for you to enjoy during your stay.
Terrain Parks
Vail has three terrain parks with a variety of features designed for all levels and abilities.
Cross Country Skiing
Vail has a 5km cross country ski trail at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola. The trail serves a wide range of ability levels. It is open to the public during gondola operating times. Lessons and rentals are available.
Bungee Trampoline
This duel trampoline allows you to jump with a friend. The trampoline is located at the top of the Eagle Bhan Gondola (weight restrictions apply).
Moonlight Snowshoe Tours
Take an evening snowshoe tour with a knowledgeable guide. It's a great opportunity to learn about astronomy and wildlife as you enjoy the backcountry.
Ski Bike
Ski biking is a fun and unique way to explore the mountains. At Vail, ski biking is available at the Adventure Ridge.
Dog Sledding
Dog sledding is a fun way for the whole family to venture into the Vail wilderness. Tours depart several times a day (weather dependent).
Ice Climbing
The area around Vail is considered the best ice climbing region in the state. There are a number of guides and equipment rental services in town.
