Pine Ridge Condominiums are located one block from Main Street on the ski area side of town. Ski back to the resort on 4 O'Clock Run. It is approximately a 2-minute shuttle ride to lifts. The resort has several buildings, all of which are 4 or 5 floors high. There is no elevator. Units have a full kitchen, fireplace and washer & dryer.

Mountain Thunder Lodge
Located a short walk from the gondola base, the supermarket and Main Street Breckenridge, Mountain Thunder Lodge is a very comfortable condominium property. You can ski back to the property from Peaks 7 & 8. All units are large and well-furnished with fireplace, balcony, flat screen TV and WiFi.

One Ski Hill Place
This luxury ski in/out condominium property is located at the base of Peak 8. The property opened in 2010 and is part of the Rock Resorts Luxury Collection. On-property facilities include a restaurant, 24 hour small market, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, swimming pools, sauna, steam-room, fitness room, bowling room and 2 media room mini theatres. One Ski Hill Place has a private shuttle to take guests to Main Street (or guests can ride the gondola to/from Main Street).

This hotel is located across the street from Peak 9 and from the ski shuttle stop. It is approximately 5-10 mins walk to Main Street. The hotel has been managed by Hilton since 2011. The public areas and the pool area were renovated when Hilton took over management.

Beaver Run Resort
Beaver Run Resort has ski in/out access from some of its buildings (the others are a short walk to the slopes). The resort is a large, moderate property that has several facilities such as restaurants, bars, ski shop, ski storage, resort shop, coin-operated laundry, fitness area, outdoor and indoor pool and hot tubs. It is approximately 15 mins walk to Main Street but offers a complimentary shuttle. Also, the town shuttle bus stops at the property.

Village at Breckenridge
The Village at Breckenridge is a ski-in/ski-out property located at the base of Peak 9. Ski school and ski rentals are just steps away. Breckenridge's Victorian Main Street is located across the street, offering convenient access to the town's numerous shops, restaurants, activities and events. The Village at Breckenridge has 4 condo buildings which, together, are known as the Plaza buildings. Each building has coin operated laundry facilities on every floor.
