Introducing a NEW Ski Escape that combines two of Canada's most iconic ski destinations on BC's Powder Highway: Panorama and Kicking Horse. You are in great hands with Marie Christine (MC), one of your hosts for the week, who worked at PANO for several years and is an Invermere resident. She is fun, easygoing, and loves to show this place off.

Your journey begins at Panorama, just 3.5 hours from Calgary. You'll be staying slopeside for 4 nights, enjoying the comfort and convenience of The Approach Hotel.  Panorama’s impressive 4,000 vertical feet offers some of Canada's best below-treeline skiing, world-class glades, and some of Canada’s longest fall-line cruisers. Backcountry and sidecountry-seekers will be pleased with the terrain options in Taynton Bowl, a former heli-skiing zone accessible with the Monster Cat. It is also home to one of the biggest and best freestyle terrain parks in the Canadian Rockies region.

Panorama's small base village has everything you need—several restaurants, shopping, rental equipment, and a great après spot, 'The T-Bar.' A shuttle is offered daily to the town of Invermere, 20 minutes away. The natural skating rink on Lake Windermere is fantastic (rentals available at Pano), or you can take in a more daring pursuit like snowmobiling.

On Day 5, depart Panorama for The Radium Hot Springs for a relaxing reprieve. This will feel good and get you ready for the steeper and deeper terrain at Kicking Horse. The Copper House Lodge, your pillow for 3 nights, provides easy access to the Gondola so you can hit the slopes early. This is a quiet and naturally beautiful spot with some gnarly stuff, but you can find your intermediate cruisers, too. 

Don't miss the chance to visit Eagles Nest Restaurant at the tip top of the mountain. Here, you can raise a glass with your fellow adventurers, share stories, and take in the awe-inspiring view. It's a perfect opportunity to make new friends and create lasting memories.
