Cross-Country Skiing
Prepare to be captivated by the unparalleled beauty of the Rockies as you glide through the snow-covered terrain. The cross-country ski trails at Kimberley Alpine Resort offer stunning vistas, providing a serene and immersive experience in the heart of nature. The Kimberley Nordic Trail Network offers terrain for all ability levels including guided tours with hot drinks and smores! In total, the Nordic trails are 26km long, including a 3.3 km loop that is lit for night skiing.
Snowshoeing
Explore the pristine wilderness on your own or join one of many guided tours that begin at the top of Kimberley Mountain and lead down the historic Northstar Mountain. Smores and warm drinks are served on many of these tours!
Snowmobiling
Explore the Kimberley region and Kootenay Rockies by snowmobile, and take in some breathtaking views of the Canadian Rockies. Half-day or full-day guided tours are available, as are private rentals.
