The ascent via snow and ice with crampons takes 3-4 hours. Good physical condition and high altitude acclimatization required.
Zermatt offers tobogganing runs in Randa, Gornergrat, and Täsch. The Gornergrat toboggan run is not only the Alps' highest but also one of the most beautiful.
