Activities

Although Banff is best known for its terrific skiing/riding, the area offers plenty of additional activities for you to enjoy during your stay.

Sledding & Tobogganing

Experience Europe's longest toboggan run from Faulhorn to Grindelwald. Over 60km of thrilling sledding trails wind through the Jungfrau region, including the famous Pfingstegg run. Perfect for families and adventure seekers, sleds are available for rent at multiple mountain stations. Evening sledding under the stars is also available on select runs.

Ice Skating & Curling

Wengen's covered ice rink offers year-round curling, with beginner lessons every Wednesday at 4pm. The outdoor rink provides classic ice skating fun with rental skates available. Located in the village center, it's the perfect activity for families and groups on snowy days or cozy evenings after the slopes close.

Jungfraujoch: Top of Europe

Journey to Europe's highest railway station at 3,454m. Explore the Ice Palace's stunning glacier sculptures, experience the Alpine Sensation tunnel, and marvel at breathtaking Aletsch Glacier views. The 360° panorama cinema and Sphinx observation deck offer unforgettable alpine vistas of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks.
