Role at Skican:
I work on the backend, loading contracts, creating travel documents, and trouble shooting any system problems for the FIT team. My goal is to support and make the FIT sales team’s jobs run as smooth as possible.

Favourite Ski Or Mountain Destination:
So far, my favourite resort I have skied Red Mountain. It’s a blast from the past with some of the best terrain you can ski inbounds!

I would love to check out some of the smaller, locally owned resorts we have right here in BC. Like Shames, Mount Cain, and Troll, to name a few.

How Do You Like To Chill Out/ How Do You Spend Your Spare Time Outside Of Skican?
Spring, Summer, and Fall are all about mountain biking for me. Living in Kamloops BC, I have access to world renowned trails and terrain right out the door.

I work with group leaders from all over North America and strive to offer the best package offerings based on their clubs’ desires while delivering a one-stop shop and great customer service.  My goal is to create unforgettable experiences and cherished memories for all Skican clients.

Have had the pleasure of skiing at many amazing resorts across North America, so difficult to pick one!  Epic Powder day during Easter in Whistler is among one of my top days!

I love to spend my time outdoors with my family and dog LOLA!  Whether we are hiking, biking or snowshoeing in the trails around my home.

As someone who loves to ski and travel, I love to create unforgettable ski experiences for my guests, while taking the stress out of trip planning. I handle the details so that guests can just show up and enjoy the magic of the mountains. There's nothing like the pure joy that skiing brings, and I love helping people experience that.

Silver Star will always be home. Whistler is one of my all-time favourites after an epic 4 seasons of skiing there while studying at UBC. But my new favourite destination is Fernie, it is so underrated — no lines, great snow, epic terrain, and such a classic Canadian ski town 🍁

I hope to make it out to Sunshine Village and Sun Peaks next winter for the first time! Austria, France and Japan are at the top of my bucket list though 🤩⛷️

In my spare time you will usually find me at the gym or just relaxing at home and drinking a tea while reading a good book or bingeing reality tv. Otherwise you will find me cafe hopping around Toronto, at a patio for happy hour, attending a concert, or catching a flight somewhere ✈️☕✨

I like to chill out by spending time on the water, traveling, adventuring, and hitting the golf course with friends.

Role at Skican:
My job is to wax poetic about skiing and support our team in creating beautiful trips to resorts worldwide for our incredible ski community. I use a variety of marketing channels to communicate with this unique type of human - the skier or boarder - one that puts adventure, joy, nature, and freedom at the top of their list. My favourite part is getting kids with their families to a Mountain to build memories for a lifetime.

Favourite Ski Or Mountain Destination:
I feel like where I started skiing holds a special place in my heart. 1) The Hamilton ON Chedoke Public Ski Hill on the golf course in the 80s was a nightly hangout 2) Weekends at the HoliMont Ski Club in Ellicottville NY with friends helped me build the basic skills and 3) My first mountain trip was to Whistler in 1990 and I have been back at least a dozen time since. A warm and fuzzy place for me.

I am excited to visit Alaska and Schweitzer this season. I will let you know what I learn :)

In my spare time, I am a decent Mom to two teenage boys and an elderly golden retriever. I do many things for fun with friends and family that involve movement like cycling, trail running, boxing, tennis, skiing, and travel. And on the creative side, I like to sew, read and watch cheesy rom-coms.

Movement is super important to me, so I am often working out at the gym or going to a Pilates class. Being in Montreal, I have access to a great music and arts scene, so I spend lots of time with friends taking it all in.

Favourite Ski Or Mountain Destination:
Revelstoke is home, and its terrain and snowfall are hard to beat. That said, Japan’s deep powder and a bowl of ramen after a day skiing is hard to beat.

I would love to explore Georgia and the Caucasus mountains. The high snowfall and rugged mountains are appealing from a ski perspective, and the ability to experience a unique local culture is part of the magic of travelling!

Skiing itself is my biggest pastime, but in the warmer months I spend my time mountain biking, hiking and losing at pickleball.

As Director of Operations, I am responsible for overseeing the infrastructure and operations functions at Skican, with the aim to ensure that both our sales team and customers undergo a seamless booking experience.

Favourite Ski Or Mountain Destination:
I live in Pemberton, BC, so I’d have to say my home mountain of Whistler Blackcomb and favorite runs would be any laps on Whistler’s Peak Chair.

I am looking forward to skiing at Kicking Horse this winter and my bucket list ski destination is anywhere in Japan or Europe!

Ski Escapes That I Will Be Hosting:

Sun Peaks Ski Escape
Sun Peaks ticks all the boxes as a destination for a top-notch ski holiday. We are excited about the new West Bowl High Speed Quad chairlift that is opening on the mountain this winter, which is said to open up more West-Bowl trails and off-piste terrain. I look forward to riding this new lift and exploring all that Sun Peaks has to offer with guests on this Ski Escape.

Red & Whitewater Ski Escape
Another Skican favourite Ski Escape destination, the Red & Whitewater trip is back, and the snow forecast is looking strong for these Powder Highway destinations!  I look forward to enjoying powder laps with guests on this Ski Escape.

Banff & Lake Louise Ski Escape
I have been lucky enough to visit the Banff area several times in the last few years. The beauty of the Canadian Rockies is breathtaking. This trip combines the stunning Canadian Rockies scenery, 3 ski areas to explore, all while staying at the iconic Banff and Lake Louise Fairmont properties. I look forward to continuing to explore all that Banff and Lake Louise has to offer with guests on this Ski Escape.

So many great memories at each resort I’ve been to, to pick only one favourite is almost unfair! Val D’Isère and Tignes are my top choices for the quality of the runs, the massive terrain, the amazing views and the towns. A ski area that has a run for every type of skier is always a winner for me!

I spend most of my time on my mountain bike and hiking in the summer and ski touring during the winter months. Exploring my British Columbia backyard is my favourite kind of fun!

Best location to kick off your season: Ski With the Pros, Panorama, BC. Best tree skiing: Steamboat, CO. Most memorable experience with my late father (Founder of Skican): Fernie, BC. Best resort to support growth in the ski industry: Chicopee, Ontario (making skiing & snowboarding diverse & accessible). Best southern hemisphere ski experience: Valle Nevado, Chile. Most breathtaking scenery: Zermatt, Switzerland. Best meal: Whitefish, Montana. Best après experience: Snowmass, CO. Best family ski memory: Red Mountain, BC. Switzerland — especially Wengen and Jungfrau. The views are surreal, the alpine magic is unmatched, and don’t even get me started on mountaintop raclette! And best of all, you're not freezing like back home in Quebec.

To graduate from the bunny hill, ironic for someone who's backcountry skied in a province where every driveway is a black diamond run. Yet somehow our local ski hill's magic carpet still terrifies me. Maybe it's the lack of a boil up at the bottom?

How Do You Like To Chill Out/ How Do You Spend Your Spare Time Outside Of Skican?
Building random (but useful!) DIY creations, making art, or just soaking up nature, usually with more grace than I show on skis. Bonus points if there's ocean air, a lakeside breeze, or any body of water nearby.

Role at Skican:
I develop relationships and plan trips for my clients to the best ski destinations while providing outstanding customer service and expertise on the destination. My goal on my trips to is help clients create lifelong memories both off and on the mountain.

Been so lucky to visit lots of resorts (still plenty to go!) but Fernie on a powder day is pretty hard to beat.

In the off-season I’m an avid road cyclist, mostly riding in South-Western Ontario’s escarpment area; I enjoy hills in both winter and summer!
